FAQ

Can I rent just one unit at Honeylight Glamping?
Not at this time. Honeylight Glamping is designed to be an exclusive micro-resort for private groups. We believe the magic happens when you have the entire retreat to yourselves—perfect for gatherings, retreats, or reunions with space to connect and spread out.
However, the Lost River Valley is a special place and there are many short-stay options in the area, so if you decide to visit the area, be sure to come by Hive & Harvest for a coffee or sweet treat!
-
What kinds of retreats are best suited for Honeylight?
Honeylight is ideal for:
Team-building and leadership retreats
Creative workshops
Friend or family reunions
Group getaways
Yoga, meditation or wellness retreats
Nature-based experiences with intentional downtime
We provide space to gather and recharge—with hammocks, roof decks, fireside seating, and a wood-fired sauna.
-
Do you allow pets?
We love animals and welcome well-behaved and vaccinated dogs to join you during your stay for $50 per dog per stay with a maximum of 10 dogs per retreat (max. 2 per unit). Our entire property is fenced to keep your dogs safely inside. We even provide comfy dog beds, bowls and treats in every unit. We request that you clean up after your pet (pet waste stations are located throughout the property) and use provided dark blankets on beds and sofas to prevent paw prints on white bedding and upholstery! We don’t require leashes, but trust your judgement if multiple dogs are in your group. You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your dog. Do not allow your dogs to enter the chicken or goat pens.
-
Is there space for group meals and cooking?
Yes! Host shared meals in the picnic pavilion or cook together in our outdoor kitchen with grill, griddle, and smoker. The Nest has the largest indoor kitchen for preparing meals for the group. Select units also include indoor kitchens, and we offer optional pantry provisioning or catering referrals.
-
Do you allow corporate retreats?
Absolutely. Honeylight provides a refreshing, creative setting for goal-setting, team-building, and strategy sessions. Wi-Fi is available, and we welcome innovation-forward teams who value purpose, nature, and connection. Complete a Retreat Request Form and we will be happy to work with you to plan your glamping experience.
-
Are there indoor gathering spaces or meeting rooms?
Yes. The Commons is a central hub with space for meetings, games, workshops, or movie nights. It includes comfortable seating, tables, Wi-Fi, whiteboards, Smart TV and flexible lighting. There is even a mini amphitheater and stage for live presentations or outdoor screenings. Other outdoor areas like the picnic pavilion and group fire pit also invite group connection.
-
Is there Wi-Fi or cell service?
Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Cell service works when connected to our WiFi.
-
Is Honeylight Glamping family friendly?
Yes! We welcome families and offer spaces for all ages to unplug and reconnect—think hammocks, nature trails, board games, and goat visits! However, please note that units are not childproofed.
